David Hethorn dreams in melody and sculpts these ephemeral epiphanies into three minute acoustic pop songs. He has emerged from the Brisbane live music scene as a seasoned songwriter, vocalist, instrument maker and multi-instrumentalist.

His debut singles showcase his catchy songwriting, powerful vocals and versatile ukulele playing. All singles feature stellar production and musicianship from Brisbane based producer and multi-instrumentalist James North with Steve Pope setting the foundation with his solid creative drum parts.

David’s performance history includes support slots for luminaries such as The Bamboos and Christopher Brookes.

David will be launching his upcoming singles at shows in Australia during 2024 visiting Brisbane, Redlands Coast, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth.

David finds himself searching for the human element in an increasingly robotic world and is following his dream of delivering passionate performances to local communities of music lovers.
