Katria – The Singing Vet

Katria is a vibrant and versatile performer who has quickly become a much loved favourite across retirement villages, community events and local markets. Known affectionately as The Singing Vet, she brings together two of her greatest passions – music and animals – creating concerts that are warm, engaging and truly unique.

A “Rising Star” in both 2024 and 2025, Katria has built a reputation for delivering uplifting performances filled with Musical Theatre favourites and light classical gems. Her rich, expressive voice and natural stage presence connect beautifully with audiences of all ages, particularly within the retirement village community where she regularly performs.

In 2026, Katria will appear as part of Mirusia Productions at Azure Blue in Carina for the upcoming Happy Hour Concerts, continuing her exciting artistic journey and as part of Rising Stars 2026.

What makes Katria’s concerts especially memorable is the way she blends storytelling, song and her professional life as a veterinarian. On occasion, she pairs her performances with animal guests, delighting audiences with a charming and heartfelt experience that celebrates the joy animals bring to our lives.

She is often joined on stage by her very special guest, her 7-year-old son Carter, whose appearances add an extra layer of warmth and family connection to her shows.
